Out-of-Town Residents

1. If possible, try to arrive the day prior to your appointment and allow sufficient time for a successful visit. Travel arrangements do not always go as planned. An exhausted client often misses important information presented during the visit.
2. Please use multiple means of communicating appointment changes. We set aside significant time for clients who reside out of the area. We are not always able to check e-mail messages in a timely manner. If possible, please communicate changes by phone. Leave a message if the phone is on service, and if that is not possible, then send us a fax (954) 565-5312. Email should be your last resort.
3. Be sure to review Orientation to Your First Visit.
