Dr. Bernstein's patented Digital Response Technique is ideal for zeroing in on specific toxins, deficiencies, imbalances, etc. and their levels. The ideal way to assess your health status is an in-office appointment so that Dr. Bernstein can perform the Digital Response Technique testing and determine the root cause(s) of your health status. However, in certain situations, this is not practical. You may live too far away, be bed-ridden or have financial limitations. In these cases we recommend that you consider some of the options listed below.

1. The Health Assessment Questionnaire     $35.00
   The health assessment questionnaire will help Dr. Bernstein identify which of your organ systems require the most attention and what supplements you will need to balance them out. This is the most fundamental of all the questionnaires.

2. Metabolic Typing Questionnaire     $35.00
   The food that you eat is the fuel that your body runs on. The Metabolic Typing Questionnaire is an excellent way of determining which foods are best for your body's metabolism. Everyone's metabolism is unique. One size does not fit all when it comes to diet.
3. The Brain Function Questionnaire     $35.00
   The brain function test helps to determine the health of your brain and the messenger chemicals called neurotransmitters. If your memory isn't as good as It used to be, and your thinking isn't as clear and concise as it was, and you seem to be more sad and anxious, this is the questionnaire you should fill out.

4. The Adrenal Stress Index (ASI)    $149.00
   ASI is an in-depth test that provides information on your adrenal glands. The adrenal glands help you to adapt to stress. There should be a certain rhythm as to how they function, and if your rhythm is out of sync, you can experience extreme fatigue during the day, interrupted sleep, frequent colds and flu, hormonal imbalance and grain intolerance. If you are under a lot of stress and you are experiencing some of these symptoms, this is the test you should order.
5. Hormone Saliva Tests

   Many people suffer from symptoms related to hormone imbalances. These panels objectively evaluate the hormonal state with great accuracy, which in turn provides specific insights for appropriate intervention or treatment.

   a) Expanded Post Menopausal Panel For women who have not had a period in more than 6 months. If you are experiencing hot flashes, decreased libido, night sweats, depression, osteoporosis and fatigue, this is the test kit you should order.	$149.00
   b) Expanded Female Hormone Panel (FHP) For women who have had a period within the last 6 months. If you are having irregular periods, clotting, painful periods, excessive bleeding, irritability, severe cramps and headaches, gaining weight, infertility and fibroids, then this is the preferred kit for you.
