Allergies
An allergy is a response by the body's immune system to a substance that is not typically harmful. The immune system overreacts to this so-called invader by releasing toxic substances that are oftentimes more harmful than the invader.
Allergy symptoms include coughing, wheezing, runny nose, watery eyes, sinus congestion, headaches, skin lesions, gas, bloating and fatigue.
Anything can be a potential allergen. But some of the most common ones that we see are wheat, dairy, soy, corn, mold, pollen, dust, grass, trees and perfume.
